HSB Clarifies on Flextime

Flextime was officially introduced in the Health Service through the signing of CBA 1 of 2019 on 5 January 2019, to enable members:
(a) To save on prevailing transportation costs. It was also noted that several members were spending a lot of time in fuel queues, often buying the fuel at exorbitant prices on the black market.
